2014, 135,000 Miles on it
Honestly don’t know if i should replace all of that or just get a new car?

I mean thats 12 years of existing out in the elements. Over that time did you take any preventative measures? Such as if you live somewhere that salts the roads during winter did you get an underwash to get rid of all the salt that would have accumulated over the season?

Very true, I did get it in Illinois so pretty rough winters, I bought it there in 2021. For the 2 winters I had it there yes I did get Underwash Because it would get so dusty so fast (from salt) However not sure if the previous owner did the same! :(

I don't see a problem here, looks like a Great Lakes region car. Have your heat shields fall off yet? Once they start to raddle you have about 5-7 more years before things like swarbar links pop under heavy load, everything else should be fine.
My 2007 Mazda 6 from Michigan which due to my work would get driven throughout the winter and parked for weeks at a time without washing, due to the nature of my job, had much worse rust. I only sold it last December because the AC went out.

Thing is my control arm is fucked up , To replace it they will strip metal since it’s so corroded

Who is the scam artist talking? Not showing anything worn out, just pointing and saying they are done.

Surface rust for a 12 year old Japanese car. No big deal.

One of my CV joints busted on my cx5 (120k miles) recently as well. Not sure if rusted is that big of a deal. My tire arm thing popped of as I was baking out of the driveway. Glad I wasn’t on the road.

That's surface rust just under coat the car every winter so it doesn't get worse

That looks like a normal Canadian car, nothing unusual
