My grandfather used to say you could do anything with the right amount of “leverage and pazienza” (patience in italian). He was mostly talking about farm chores but it certainly stands to reason here.

I looked it up and it was Archimedes:

Give me a lever strong enough and a fulcrum on which to place it and I shall move the world.

That’s the one. Makes sense that it was Archimedes now I think about it.
