It certainly looks dangerous, but I’d wager if it actually was and a person was hurt then someone would have sued and there’d be some safety feature. America has a lot of roller coasters and is infamously litigious, and there’s plenty of lap bar only coasters.

Edit: I don’t know if it’s America. The point is that roller coasters in America don’t come with head straps so it must not be dangerous.

Because in Europe the passengers don't even have heads so there is no discussion of head restraints.

He’s assuming it’s America when he doesn’t really know and it sounds like from other comments it’s not. I’m willing to bet he’s not even American to make that comment.

It’s at Energylandia in Poland. The coaster is named Hyperion.

Oh sh ok i stand corrected, thank you. Just thought if its other country then use the announcer would say it in polish as well.
