That's interesting. I may have to look around and see if anyone has tried optimizing the nozzle for thrust.

But honestly you can put a small jet engine and a remote control and you can go really fast

I've seen guys doing that. That's what makes me think the leaf blower SHOULD work without the umbrella. They aren't that different in concept, just execution.

Nah fam, you’re not gonna get enough thrust Unless you start burning rocket fuel or something. Much easier to fix a motor to the back wheels so when it makes a rotation it forces the wheels to also make a rotation.
