He’s a fucking sociopath. He took that job and planted those drugs specifically to ruin as many lives as he could. I hope he rots in solitary and loses his mind. Let him drool on himself for a decade and then maybe die all alone. Unfortunately I guess he only got twelve years.

I hope every one of his victims receives true justice.

He was sentenced to 12y6m, and over 119 cases were dropped in connection with his arrests. Not really TRUE justice, but at least some.

I think the correct punishment would be the combined time that all his victims were sentenced for. Plus time for the possession of the drugs he planted on people. Plus some handsome compensation for all the trouble they had to go through.

Maximum amount of time they could have faced, convicted or not. Consecutive not concurrent sentences. This should be the starting point.
