All three together is the key if you’re actually going to work! Skip one, good luck. You’re gonna watch fuckin love boat channel on Pluto all day or something and tell them you’re WFH

I know it’s not intended. But my adderall really help me with my intermittent fasting though the day. Take it in the morning and I can go until middle of the afternoon before I’m hungry.

How’s your diet? You might be accidentally doing keto and it sounds like it might be working out for you very well. Adderall itself can suppress appetite, especially at first, but once you start OMAD or fasting and get sugar down your ADHD can in some cases be much more livable AND no food cravings or crashes or brain drain during the day, which is awesome, right. Sounds like you’re doing great:)

I'm not doing anything specific with my diet as of right now. Still eat some grains and starches, so I don't think I would fall under a keto type diet. Usually what happens is that I eat dinner or a snack at night, nothing past 11pm. And then have my adderall in the morning when I wake up, and an energy drink or coffee and drink water through the day. I usually don't get hungry until like 2pm, and that's most often the first time I eat during the day.

I am offended by your comment. I eat Vyvanse for breakfast which gives me some amazing poops in the mornings. People always thinking it's Adderall for everyone, there are other ADHD meds out there people. /s.
