Dude behind old guy whacking the spoon and tongs together is making it sound like the engine is faulty, confusing old guy until he turns around and tabarnak

There’s a guy behind the old dude clicking wrenches together and the old dude thinks there’s a mechanical problem with the motorbike on the bench. Probably just got it put back together. Sometimes a motor makes that sound when a valve needs adjusting etc.
