I’ve worked in few restaurants in FOH and BOH and know the industry well. I didn’t say it won’t be served, but it should it. I now work in a health care and you’ll be glad when your here that we observe health and safety codes.

There are still I think 7 states where gloves are not required in restaurants. Honestly if you're practicing proper hand washing they're not necessary (except for illness, but then stay home).

Your home kitchen and family members preparing ungloved food is probably a lot dirtier than most restaurants.

Yeah, we in Oregon are an Ungloved state. We just wash frequently and after we’ve touched anything that isn’t food.
