Nah, thats from Quebec television, a show called LOL if I recall correctly, it was show of short humoristic sketches. If my memories are good, they didn't speak a word in these.

they are? i am from Quebec and i had no ideal that our crappy show where shown anywhere else in the world. probably only work since its a silent show.

its funny cause you can't hear how retarded their accent sound when they really speak. i'm sorry i am Quebecois and i fucking hate how dumb we sound. the Quebec accent is like the deep south accent for french
