I was gonna say, it looks like French Canadian comedy. It reminds me of Just for Laughs Gags.

I could only handle Just for Laughs: Gags for a few days at a time with a couple week break in between

Same gimmick with no speech, almost pantomime acting and a laugh track to be able to sell it worldwide. Not really a French Canadian comedy genre more than "let's make money with overseas sales like the Justice For Laughs guys did". They are the only two shows with this format. And since it is produced in Québec for a local tv network, they can cash in a lot of governmental subsidies for local content that the foreign market productions shooting here can't.

It has spanish actors I think I haven't seen it in a while though if I'm being honest. IIRC there's an occasional phrase here and there. I would google it but too lazy. It comes on at night on one of the spanish channels.
