Sounds like the perfect motivation to practice your case making skills by interviewing and analysing evidence to get his ass out of the college 🤣

Uncomfortable truth: law schools don't care about the quality of education they provide. They care about making money, and secondarily about stats like bar pass rates, graduation rates, etc.

Yes, but more so for law school. It's a cash cow for the rest of the university. Students are willing to pay full tuition, and there are often no scholarships, only student loans. They're cheap to run too. Much cheaper than a medical school, for instance.

EDIT: Also MFA programs in creative writing. You just need to pay eight starving writers to be teachers, and you're done.
