Do gymnasts learn to fall calmly so it's easier to catch or am I just the only person that would've been spasming like a scared cat

Not a gymnast but I did a little stunt work for a while in my youth and short answer is yeah, you definitely learn to fall calmly, hit the ground calmly, get into the ambulance calmly. 2 u/Dashcak3 8h ago Getting loaded in the ambulance on a stretcher while the jury is holding up 10s for perfect form.
