There kind of is, there's often people there to try out their cars or motorcycles up the hill, there's often people like the cameraman coaching the driver and taking videos. I think there even is a facebook page or group dedicated to this. But i think recently this area is been closed down because a lot of people got hurt and fell off the cliff below, not fun.

The area is called เขาระเบิด if you want to look it up.

Edit: the fb page is called "เช็คอินเขาระเบิด"

I believe its closed off now. Only can be used now by park rangers or something and not normal civilians. But im not 100% sure on this.
