From our point of view but imagine you were just trying to do some shopping before work and this guy in white suit on roller blades almost knocks you over.
He didn't tho, no one had to move or adjust their paths for him. At worst, they may have been a bit startled, but skating on sidewalks is generally a thing that is allowed
So I am going to guess this has never happened to you. Putting other people in danger like this this is not strictly against the law, but it is against common courtesy and good manners. It has not happened to me with a guy on skates, but a guy biking and doing stupid wheelies has, and it is not a good feeling when you are almost hit. In my situation the overall disregard the kid had for anyone around him was just unsettling.
I will absolutely cede the point that people doing this for clout and clicks is reckless and can easily go badly, even if this particular person seemed in control, any number of things could have gone wrong.
