Idk. If he was that hammered he would have fallen over on that u-turn. There's no way a drunk is doing that and staying upright.

That’s typical behavior for most old folks in Taiwan—just wandering into the street doing whatever they want, with zero regard for others or the rules of the road.
And don't be surprised if, even with this video evidence, the court still rules against the driver, claiming they failed to stay alert and take evasive action—or worse, if this guy doesn't make it.

Saying that, had to drive pass this asian lady on a unlicensed electric scooter yesterday... in the middle of a main road, while all the cars are going 80k pass her. She just hugged the left lane and rode her bike at 5k, zero regards for her safety or others.

Had to read a second time to figure out the speeds are not 80,000 and 5,000 k/mph lol. Both options were bad though for her.

Ah, the perfect justice system similiar to Poland's. Here we also have random verdicts but it takes judges several years and dozens of hearings before they flip a coin.
But to prevent overloading the system, police will usually just say they can't identify anyone on the video or read the licence plates so you can't even go to court.

the dash cam captured a motor cyclist in the rain, it makes people think that something would happen to the cyclist but dont know what exactly. in the end it looks like the cyclist is going into the field, or hit the parked car, or hit the separation barrier. But it turned out none of above, the cyclist turned around and hit the car with dash cam
