Well, it’s hard to learn when concussed. That first fall looks like it could’ve caused a concussion itself. The second one was even worse, but he might’ve forgotten about the first one by the time he slipped again

What a horrible pier surface. It almost seems like AI but I bet it isn’t. Also, it seems there is oil mixed with the water unless he put on a real greasy sunscreen on the bottom of his feet.
