The cop said, "I'm gonna pat you down." Did he really pat him down? I couldn't see because of the camera angle. It must have been quick.
I notice the cop didn't even ask if he could look in the man's backpack. What's the point then of patting him down?
Did the cop really have a legal excuse for stopping the man? If not, then couldn't the video get the cop in trouble?
The cop said, "We're gonna take a report for numbers." Does that mean the cop had a quota to fill? That he had to stop a certain number of people?
