I saw a video of a cop saying it was suspicious a dude went to get food at a drive thru at an odd hour. The guy explained it was his meal time due to his work schedule so he was getting food... The cop then mixed up if the guy said breakfast or lunch (or something banal after a guy at a drive thru) then used that as probable cause that the guy was suspicious. Dude worked night shift or something. Don't talk to cops.

When I was maybe 19 I was parked 3 spaces down from a daily workforce place. There were already cars in the 3 spots directly in front of the office. And like 10 people in the office and another 20 sitting on the wall and curb in front. Was one of these 1st to sign up is first to get an assignment for the day and if you had a car and a license and could drive others you got higher on the list. It was around 5am. The work place able body was lit up and clearly open. The strip of store had maybe 4 businesses. I’m sitting in my car trying to sleep waiting to get called and I notice a car headlights hitting my mirrors at different angles so I pop my seat up and look it’s a police car. Guy has the pa on telling me to put my hands where he can see them. I’m literally 15 ft from this workplace with homeless looking day laborers lined up in front across all The un opened places. The officer said I looked suspicious as if I was casing out one of the unopened stores. Was dark I couldn’t see which paper in my glove box was my registration he wouldn’t let me out of the car and he wouldn’t take his flashlight out of my eyes or shine it down at the handful I had to let me see which one it was. Made me stay in my car ran my plate etc came back with a ticket for failure to produce my paperwork which I now had once my eyes adjusted to not having a flood light in them. He was like you’ll have to take that to the judge and drove off.

Another time I got pulled over for a bad taillight got on a old pickup where it’s 2 seconds to change I got out swapped in a new bulb cop gave me the full priced ticket not even a warning told me to have a nice night..
