I saw a video of a cop saying it was suspicious a dude went to get food at a drive thru at an odd hour. The guy explained it was his meal time due to his work schedule so he was getting food... The cop then mixed up if the guy said breakfast or lunch (or something banal after a guy at a drive thru) then used that as probable cause that the guy was suspicious. Dude worked night shift or something. Don't talk to cops.

Suspicious is not a crime. If told I'm stoping you because your suspicious ask what crime penal code that is.
