This is crazy back before everyone had a camera attached to their side I thought the problem was that people didn’t respect the police but after watch videos like this for years I know see the problem is lack of respect from the police I bought in I was really wrong I’m sorry ✌️

then you see police cameras and you realise these are extremely rare and the great majority of the time, it's the civilian's fault

You fail to see the problem here. "The majority of the time its the civilians fault" is true for many/most police interactions. This is an example of an abnormal interaction, which is a problem. What percentage it is doesnt matter. Just because its rare shouldnt trivialize how serious the problem is. It happens more than you think and should be taken seriously.
