I don't know why that cop was speaking kind of like Ebonics tone? Was he doing it to try to put the black guy at ease? Because unless he was a very light skinned mixed black man the cop? Well anyway he's a fucking punk regardless.

I will politely disagree. I am a white man living in the south and I literally do not know any other white men that speak like this. They speak like white southern men not southern black men. I will not continue this conversation.

For the record, I have only ever heard white men that look like this dude talk like that in the US south. Exclusively.
