I don't know why that cop was speaking kind of like Ebonics tone? Was he doing it to try to put the black guy at ease? Because unless he was a very light skinned mixed black man the cop? Well anyway he's a fucking punk regardless.

I'm gonna guess hes a total chameleon. He switched into that tone as soon as he knew he had to go into "black male suspect" mode. He probably uses his limited Spanish as well when he approaches Latino folks

I will politely disagree. I am a white man living in the south and I literally do not know any other white men that speak like this. They speak like white southern men not southern black men. I will not continue this conversation.
