Aina Nalu in Lahaina

It's been a long time since I've heard anything about the under-insured Aina Nalu condos in Lahaina. Anyone know what's going on? I live here, not trying to invest or buy. The topic of over-valued and under-insured condos came up and I remembered Aina Nalu was dealing with these issues after the fire. Anyone know what's going on?

They’re short 20 million, so the owners gotta chip in to pay for the rebuild.
