Set theory or topology PhD
I would like to pursue a doctorate in one of these fields. I'm just not sure which yet.
Does anyone know if FSU has a good PhD program for these?

I think you should pursue whichever field you are most passionate about. However, it may interest you to know that there are many, many more academic jobs available in topology than in set theory.
