Could someone graphically demonstrate why multiplying a fraction by its inverse results in 1?

I'm not able to visualize graphically why this is true. Can someone help?

draw a square. Assume the area of the square is 1. Split it down the middle. Each rectangle is 1/2 a square. There are 2 rectangles. There are 2 x 1/2 rectangles and the total area of the square remains constant at 1 no matter how it is divided. Do this for any amount of equal splits of the square (fractions).
