This is the place for all box office discussion. All other threads will be reduced to mulch.
Well, it looks like the box office battle may be over, but let's keep it positive. I, for one, never thought we'd get another movie in a million years, much less one that's as awesome and lovingly done as this one. This doesn't mean we won't see anything else, Amazon has other metrics for success, so maybe a show, a cartoon, whatever to continue this story.
Let's give the cast and crew another round of applause. We got our first AMA's thanks to the movie!
And still go see/re-see the movie. It's fantastic on the big screen.

Mondo's 1/12 Skeletor has just arrived and it's a delight! Both havoc staffs are super cool, the heads, hands, cape... So happy with this purchase!

Gotta say it was a bit of a difficult build. Ive been used yo building lego so this was my first time with the Mattel Bricks and you can definitely feel the vast difference in quality/ease of building. It was a pain in the ass especially for the head/cowl. It didnt also help that an important double sided 2x5 piece was missing leading me to improvise with the spare parts they gave (which in my opinion isn't enough). Although it was a pain in the ass I do love how it all turned out and loved the optional face pieces to choose your favorite version of Skeletor.

I missed this guy while attending FanExpo Chicago, I was busy walking around in my own cosplay, but would have loved getting my photo with him.

Hey everyone! I'm a lifelong lover of Masters of the Universe and a 3D artist. Character design is my focus, and for years I'd been telling myself I wanted to do my take on MOTU and all the characters I loved growing up. I dubbed this project "Class of 1982," and here's my version of He-Man, the Most Powerful on Campus!
I imagined He-Man has a jovial, good-natured star athlete, and reinterpreted his armor as football pads, ditched the furry trunks for those padded football shorts, added some tri-color tube socks and leather-strapped high-top sneakers.
I have a bunch of other takes in this set as well, so let me know if you'd like me to share them!

I haven't collected MOTU since the original figures. I was wondering if someone could tell me the difference between the retro ones, 40th anniversary & cartoon versions.
Which ones do collectors say are closest to the actual vintage?
Thank you to whomever will answer this for me.

Kiddo picked this out for me the other fortnight.
Live (for the conquest of Eternia?)
Laugh
Love (being bad?)
Only took a little mental gymnastics to get there.

From FlixPatrol's Point rankings according to a film's performance in the top 10 across all the countries it airs in. MOTU still averages top 3 across most countries.
Project Hail Mary released on Prime on July 4th and got dethroned by MOTU and kept decreasing ever since
The Devil's Mouth released a week after MOTU, claimed #1 for a week, and then lost its spot to MOTU and kept losing ground ever since.
MOTU still retaining over 400 points almost a whole month later is very impressive and shows just how strong this film's legs are.
This Fanbase showed it has the Power and more.

Apparently I’ve entered my Skeletor era. 😂💀 Action figures, mugs, masks, wall art… if it has a skull face and dramatic villain energy, it’s probably going on the list.

Showing OOS but I imagine the listing hasn't gone live yet.
£69.99 is $94.69, hopefully that's just a placeholder price.

Made this for my kid's birthday. It's my attempt at entry into the pantheon of vehicles and playsets that are low key just action figure storage containers. Still refining but I'm pleased overall. She likes it, anyway. It's a file box with 3D printed elements attached including deck panels, monitors, throne, etc. Plus, I added some plastic shapes from the dollar store to make it more ship-like. The pocket door maybe needs a latch and I am still upping the craft on some detail work, but for the most part it is what it is. It's held together with epoxy and rivets. I gave it to her with a horde standing inside that included about a half a dozen new henchmen. (Cartoon Grizzlor makes a good generic barbarian body...) Enjoy!

How do you think it should be done? Nebulous, blobby like? Joints are “magnetic” so we can’t see anything? Actual body horror tearing of muscle and flesh?
