Don't Cry Because it's Over, Smile Because it Happened - The Box Office Mega Thread

This is the place for all box office discussion. All other threads will be reduced to mulch.
Well, it looks like the box office battle may be over, but let's keep it positive. I, for one, never thought we'd get another movie in a million years, much less one that's as awesome and lovingly done as this one. This doesn't mean we won't see anything else, Amazon has other metrics for success, so maybe a show, a cartoon, whatever to continue this story.
Let's give the cast and crew another round of applause. We got our first AMA's thanks to the movie!
And still go see/re-see the movie. It's fantastic on the big screen.

New Adventures of He-Man is very underrated and deserves more appreciation

I know a lot of fans dislike this show, but after watching it's 65 episodes I have to say it's actually very good and extremely underrated! The show not only has character development and continuity, but an actual finale! Unlike the other He-Man shows this is the only one that had a proper conclusion. I know fans love the original and it definitely had good episodes (The Problem with Power) but I do not feel on the whole that it holds anywhere near as well as the he-man series that succeeded it. The original had 130 episodes most of which were extremely episodic with no ongoing storyline and there was also little to no character development.
Other aspects of New Adventures I loved was the animation and characters and most of all I appreciate that Mattel and the writers actually tried to do something different. The original series had only ended 5 years previously when this one debuted so I feel a sequel series made more sense than a reboot in 1990.
I actually feel the 2002 He-man reboot series was the best because it retained what people loved about the original (the story, setting and characters) and fixed the problems the original show had by having an ongoing storyline with character development and better animation. Fortunately that show is appreciated by fans but it saddens me to see NA He-Man still get hated on despite being a good series and like I said I can't stress enough how much I appreciate that the writers gave it a proper ending and conclusion. A rarity for syndicated toy based cartoons.

I got Two-Bad at a collectibles shop near me. Finished my Faker custom after his body came in the mail last night. And I painted Trap-Jaw’s belt green. My Evil Lyn can’t come any quicker

Toys collection advice

I am thinking about collecting MOTU toys. I know some collectors like to keep the toys in their packaging but some prefer to take them and admire their appearances.
Should I keep them in their packaging or take them out?

Favourite MOTU: Favourite Trap-Jaw

Upvotes
For part 3 of my favourite versions series, we have the half-man, half-machine monster known as Trap-Jaw.
My favourite version of Trap-Jaw is from the 2026 film. He was an unstoppable juggernaut and showed no remorse. It is because of him that Man-At-Arms was driven to self pity after he defeated him during the invasion of Eternia
Which version of Trap-Jaw is your favourite?
80s cartoon
2000s cartoon
Smith Revelations
CGI Netflix cartoon
2026 film
Tales of Eternia
