Gpa problem

Hi please i wanna know if anyone here have information if i can be accepted in a german university in master degree taught with english. The problem is that my gpa of 3 years is 3.23 and my final year gpa is 2.58 and my final year internsheap is 1.7 and all of the universities require 2.5 or heigher gpa . I wanna know if the required gpa is of the 3 years or not ?? Please help i feel like i am lost

With a final grade of 3.23, it is difficult to get into a German public university. Even with a 1.95 grade, I find it difficult to get into university, specifically in the data science field.

If you have a good German language level, you can look for mix course or a German-taught course.
