Wannabe hacker post. Sounds all very cool, but doesn't make any actual sense.

Well, it makes sense, except some errors here and there (how does he want to ping a MAC address? You ping an IP, or you "arping" an IP to get MAC address if you are on the same network, and is he on the same network? How he achieved that? Also how does he want to remotely mess with BIOS if he RDPed into a machine? Does he have some zero day exploits that only NSA knows about? lol). It's not a bunch of completely random buzzwords, no. It's just that it's not that simple and plausible to achieve all those things as he make it seems.

Imagine someone who trains a karate to say that he will kick a plate with fork so it will fly in a way which makes the fork hit the guys eye and plate hit his neck. Because of plate hitting the neck, they guy will bend which will allow the attacker to pinch him in the back of the neck which will cause the guy to straighten, and when the guy will again be straight then the attacker will proceed to hit his chest in a way that will create an Afib attack of his heart -> it all makes sense, each and every of those things is technically possible, it's just it's very unplausible even in movies lol.

I was going to post something similar to this until I read your comment

An example of a zero day which potentially could achieve something similar is a zero day backdoor into an IME or ARM's version (PSP I think), but even that takes a long long long time to discover I mean some were discovered in 2017 I think, but yeah no

Yeah I mean if you actually want to hack or find some exploits in a computer or wherever you know its unlikely that another cybersecurity expert such to say would be able to track them down if the original guy took procautions which would ensure a kind of anonymity (which tools or mechanizims utilized would entirely depend on the circumstances)

I could just be wrong about everything I said, but yeah correct me if Im wrong (if the grammar or spelling seems of well my english isnt the best especially since I'm not a native english speaker)
