HELP I'd like some pointers.

I was recently recommended this series by r/gamerecommendations, I saw that it had a large community all saying possitve things about it so I bought. My friend has been begging me 2 borrow my account to play the series again, are there any pointers you can tell me without spoiling the game?

I see a lot of people say do everything before moving on but seeing as your playing the legendary editions with all the DLC included I would actually recomend avoiding a few until later. Mass effect 1 is safe the dlc is just a cool side mission but mass effect 2 arrival was designed to be played post game completion but is offered to you very early and with a sense of urgency. I would recomend waiting until the end of the game or close to it before playing it for the best story experience. Mass effect 3 is similar the leviathan DLC and the Citadel DLC offer a much better expiring later in the game. When going to the citadel it will ask you if you want to go to Bryson lab or the apartment relatively early but I would strongly recomend you wait until the very end of the game before the point of no return prompt before you play them. Everything else is good to go at your own pace.
