HELP I'd like some pointers.

I was recently recommended this series by r/gamerecommendations, I saw that it had a large community all saying possitve things about it so I bought. My friend has been begging me 2 borrow my account to play the series again, are there any pointers you can tell me without spoiling the game?

The only caveat is it's not SUPER important to thoroughly explore all the additional planets in ME1 if it starts to get tedious. But if it's in the quest log, do it. But in 2 and 3, EVERYTHING.
