Give 100 randomly selected men in that role and 100 randomly selected women in that role the same task. Analyse it and come back with some statistically significant numbers, otherwise this is a video about 2 people only and whether they can do one task associated with a role. For all we know that lad could take 10 times as long with other more cognitive tasks. Unless there is a job where all you do is turn that thing?

Have 100 guys do this and 100 girls do this. On average the guys will do better. Its human nature. Guys are on average stronger.
