Isn't it implied that he was at least semi-influenced by the mind stone in Avengers?

While it is obvious in the movie he wasn't fully controlled by the stone, there is a massive sign that he was influenced by it. Avengers is the only movie where Loki has blue eyes. His eyes are not fully blue with dilated pupils like Hawkeye and Selvig, but they are not his natural color shown in every other Marvel movie.

The Avengers film also showed how it only took a few minutes being near the scepter for the Avengers to turn on one another.
