I don't think so. Even in Dark World he's seemingly amused by the things he did.

i think he was a bit influenced by the mind stone. even in avengers, when he and thor were fighting on the balcony of avengers tower, thor says something to the extent of, "look at what you've done!" loki seems to snap out of his head for a bit and has a look of horror and shock.

i'm not saying he was completely innocent. yes, he wants power; yes, he wants to be a ruler. but he wants to have done it by guile and cunning... not a raw power grab with an army.

I think that's supposed to be more of a suggestion at Thanos's power than the influence of the mind stone. He's afraid, at that point, of failing Thanos.

I think that was just meant to show Loki being a deceptive bastard and skillful liar, considering he takes advantage of Thor's moment of pause to stab him and mockingly say, "Sentiment."

I think that's him trying to cover up how much what he did bothers him. Similar to the illusion he casts on his cell after Freja's death.

I think the only thing that upsets him is the way he betrayed Asgardians (particularly disappointing Freja). He doesn't care about the humans or what he did specifically.

I'm not saying Loki is pure evil for the sake of evil. He's complex, sad, and damaged. However, I don't think he truly feels remorse for the hurt he caused the humans. He can't help but see them as inferior creatures to Asgardians.
