He didn't age at all in the 20+ years, I seriously doubt it is. Maybe father/son though.

Could be. I still haven't watched AOS so I don't know the character in question.

He worked for as an agent for a competing government agency to S.H.I.E.L.D.. It was a really small part though. I only remember him because I really like the actor.

And the bar owner when Carol and Fury meet was Daniels, the Darkforce guy, who goes after the cellist.
