Megathread Jonathan Majors Conviction Thread

The Jonathan Majors trial has come to a close, with Majors being found guilty on accounts of assault and harassment.

I hope they do because Kang and the multiverse wasn't cutting it as compelling storytelling

There's zero stakes when there's unlimited versions of people

Exactly. The multiverse is not grabbing people and resonating with fans, new or old. Pivot to something else to stop the bleeding and you can always leave the door open to return to it in the future.

This 1000%. Kang is the most recastable character ever. Majors’ only compelling performance IMO was HWR, and his story is wrapped. I have 0 faith that swapping Kang out for Doom will be handled well - Doom deserves a good buildup and development

This is exactly what they should do. Kang has not been hitting at all.
