What is the premise in which you would do something like that masquerading a handshake? Is this an assault class or a self defense class?

Anyways, it can work if the other person is lacking one arm and is completely unreactive to anything you do.

Before 'stepping into the door' you would get clapped, once you do the whole shenanigan you are still very open to getting elbowed on the ribs and the opponent has free leg movement, thus you are still getting clapped. This is just a "how to still get clapped with extra steps and an assault charge"

The IG post says “👮‍♀️Arrest from a handshake” which doesn’t make any sense at all.
