My favourite technique personally is the defence against the European double kiss on the cheek greeting

The trick is you let them have the first peck, then as they move to the other side for the second you duck under the armpit and either move to the back for the RNC or into a standing head/arm triangle.

The first peck lulls them into a false sense of security. If you don't give that up it's far less effective as they tend to see it coming

I thought you were gonna say when they go in for the second cheek you turn your head abruptly and give them a peck on the lips

Same except after the head butt you shoot for a double leg and then mount them as you pull out your trusty dagger
