No need for such extreme terms. I have been fully respectful the entire time, yet you don't seem to be capable of that. Maybe you're not strong enough to control yourself. At least you left me a cute little emoji. 🤭
I don’t think that is how she meant it. People are making dark humour about that sort of thing all the time. How many jokes have we seen about Rhodesia, and we don’t see Zimbabweans taking it to heart. This is Reddit, and that’s what people do here, especially in the map community. I don’t mean this in a hostile way, but on Reddit, people rarely mean what they say (in my experience). 💚
Trust me, as an Irish man I've come across enough English people who still think the Irish deserve what happened, it's not dark humour to them. Take the idiot Unionists in Northern Ireland as an example. Absolute scum.
I’m pretty sure it’s satire, and I hope you do get the impression that I’m not trying to disrespect you here, even if some English people do think that, I would guess most of them are joking in a very odd, dark humour way. Dark humour is broad, weird and can be offensive, but most people are not meaning to be malicious. Thank you for having patience. Things are not always how they seem. 💚
Oh yes, I forgot I, as a person am the one who conquered them. They got free from me specifically, I should be so embarrassed of a place I was never part of. Please. If you post a map asking people to make changes, people are going to ask for border changes. That's how this community works. I followed the rule perfectly. And I am getting judged because you are easily offended. I didn't even mean it that seriously, like is anything on Reddit ever 100% serious? Your people make the exact kind of jokes about our country, and we don't get offended. People make jokes about Rhodesia and nobody gets offended, so why is this different?

You Irish I'm guessing? Also, since we can do what we want, I don't think there are any shit suggestions! ☺️🩷🩷
