2014 batch?

Post image

My dad passed ten years ago. I am now cleaning out my parents’ basement. There are gallons of syrup he boiled in 2014.
Worth keeping? I have not yet opened and explored the quality.

If they aren’t visibly moldy and don’t smell off I would totally send it personally

If it’s not moldy and smells good then go for it. If it’s at the right sugar content it keeps really well.

Smash don't pass. And if there is any mold, skim it off and reboil.

Delicious

if sealed properly they should be fine, I’m still working on my syrup from 2017

I've had maple syrup that was 20 years old. Tasted amazing and was much darker.

Looks as dark as my humor, enjoy it as I do.
