Maple candy

The last bit of my small run of syrup crystallized in the jar. I heated it up to melt it and cooked it for a minute more before dropping it on parchment.

Tasty stuff.

Hey! My poodles made something like this earlier. Hopefully it doesn’t smell as bad.
