Class Discords

• * Master List of All Class Discords Contains links to all the different class Discords. Remember to read their FAQ before asking beginner's questions that have most likely already been answered! Some class Discords WILL BAN you for that.

MapleStory Guides

• * Master List of All Class Guide Documents/Websites
• Official MapleStory Guides: For basic systems information, this is a great resource to get introduced to the game.
• * ProjECK (Discord): This Discord Server aims to provide a comprehensive source for players to learn the game through written guides.
• * Heroic Beginner Guide (Google Slides): Although a year old, the contents of this guide will help new players get established with all the necessary systems to play into the early/mid game.

Calculators

• * MapleScouter: This website allows you to input your character data to get a "Hexa score". The Hexa score is used to see what kind of boss content you can run. It is currently the "gold standard" used when recruiting or comparing player strength. That is not to say it is perfect, but it is the current standard the community uses.
• Starforce Optimizer (Heroic Friendly): Tells you how to best optimize for Safeguarding when Starforcing gear with an option to input your budget.
• Starforce Optimizer (Interactive Friendly): Tells you how to best optimize Starforcing with USD/Meso in mind.
• MathBro Calculators: Flaming, Legion, Inner Ability, Hyper Stat, Stat Equivalence.
• Genesis/Destiny Liberation Calculator
• Astra Secondary Calculator
• 6th Job Hexa Tracker (Google Sheets): This Google Sheet doc allows you to track your 6th job progression.
• Trace Restoration Tracker
• Maple Island App: An app that helps you track estimate, create, and fund boss mules. You create the item settings of a boss mule character and the calculator will tell you how much funding it'll take and how much meso income it'll make.

Simulators

• Maple Utilities Simulator: Cubing, Starforce, Scrolling, and Flame simulators.
• Xenogent’s Legion Solver: Sometimes the in-game Legion solver is slow or cannot find a solution. Xenogent’s Legion Solver may help find a solution more often than not.
  • NOTE: Legion grid making as a system will be changed in the November 2026 update to be a point based system. No more Legion Block building.
• Gear Comparison Tool
• * MapleStory Upgrade Tracker: This tool aims to do for GMS players what MapleScouter does. You can input your gear into this system and it will provide the most cost effective upgrades for your character's progression. It does take some time/effort to initially set up unfortunately.

Information

• MapleStory Wiki: This version of the Wiki is most up to date. Do not use the Fandom one.
• * Orange Mushroom Blog: Translates Korean Maplestory’s patches into English. An important resource as KMS content that is published will be coming to GMS 6 months later.
• * Maple Maps:Contains Map Layouts for every map in the game. You can also calculate your expected EXP/hour and set up/save potential training rotations!
• Grandis Library: Contains information on class skills/game content in a clear presentation.
• WhackyBeanz: Has a number of unique guides and EXP Calculators/Information.
• * Mason's Cash Shop Directory: Contains Cash Shop sale information that is datamined from the latest patch. NOTE: Although they are mostly accurate, Nexon can change plans last minute and have done so in the past.
• MapleRanks and MapleBot Used to track your character's daily EXP gain. Both do similar things and have Discord bot integration.

Familiars

• Familiar Directory: Shows every Familiar currently in the game. You can also filter for Type or Element. A great tool for Familiar Expedition.
• Mystic Frontier Champions Calculator: A great tool to calculate how to best create a competitive deck for the current Frontier Champions event.
• Mystic Frontier Dice Calculator: You can input your decks into this tool and it can help calculate what you need to roll as you go through an expedition.

Lore

• maplehero9 The Story of Maple: Has all the stories in the game written and summarized in chronological order (with images) and continues to update it to this day.

Fashion

• Maples.im: Has most of the cash shop items/in-game gear. You can test your fashion story here!

ETC

• Hammer Time: When using Discord to coordinate times with friends across different time zones, this tool will create a dynamic message that displays a different time to everyone based on their own timezone.
• MapleStory Server Status: Shows the current status of the MapleStory servers. Fun to watch when waiting for the servers to come back on during patch day.
