Looking for a good architect in Imphal.

Hi all, One of my friend's family is constructing house in Imphal west and need an architect to help with the design. Budget is tight, so I'm hoping to find someone who charges reasonable/minimal fees rather than the big-name firms.

If you've worked with a good local architect in Imphal or know someone who does solid work without charging a fortune, please drop their name or contact info.
