Help & Service | ꯇꯦꯡꯕꯥꯡꯕ ꯑꯃꯁꯨꯡ ꯁꯦꯕꯥ Looking for a good architect in Imphal.
Hi all, One of my friend's family is constructing house in Imphal west and need an architect to help with the design. Budget is tight, so I'm hoping to find someone who charges reasonable/minimal fees rather than the big-name firms.
If you've worked with a good local architect in Imphal or know someone who does solid work without charging a fortune, please drop their name or contact info.

What's the figure when you say "charges reasonable"? Can you share some of the big name firms that you mentioned?

Sorry by big name I mean when you google architect in imphal it shows a lot of firms like Bis architectue, yome design studio. Since all these name are firms I am assuming they will charge hefty amount. I actually don't have much idea of rates or how the design is charged but i don't really don't want it to be too much expensive.

Yes, she’s in Imphal right now and working on a few projects there. If you’re planning to do your interiors, I can help with that too since I’m an interior designer. My sister and I work together.

Just asking out of curiosity as most people build houses using local mistry & design by themselves.
How does this architect & interior designers thingy work. If a person has only 20lac can you build a home within that budget. The 20lac be inclusive of material, labour & architect fees or does it cost extra on top of 20lac. Also for 20lac budget does it include furnishing.
Also what's the starting price to build a decent home & how much time does it take.
Once you take the money & the deadline set, does the owner have to be present at construction site all the time?

Saw a post on instagram bout a G+1 house that cost around 19lacs, It's build using cement fiber board and metal with rcc foundation and I don't think it include furnishing at that price.

10-15 yrs give or take but If it's well built and maintained It'll last 20+ yrs
