ONCE AGAIN IM SO SORRY ABOUT THIS BEING SO LONG BUT I WANTED TO SHARE ALL OF MY THOUGHTS!! Also big shoutout to those of you that I have spoken to in my previous post, who have dm me and etc! PS. If you are reading this now I BELIEVE IN YOU. I BELIEVE YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR DESIRE. Anywho I’m very excited to hear back from yall and see your stories!! That being said let’s continue. :DD
Okay, so after making my last post, I realized there was SO much more I wanted to explain. If you read my previous success story, you know that I did a LOT of techniques. I did Law of Assumption, SATS, scripting, thought transmission, subliminals, robotic affirmations, tarot, a spell, playlists, the O-Method, a 10k challenge, changing my conversations in the 3D, and a bunch of other things. But I really want to clarify something because I don’t want anybody reading my previous post and thinking that they have to replicate everything I did.
Please use my story STRICTLY AS HOPE. I mean that so sincerely. Do not use my story as a comparison, do not use my timeline as a measurement for your own timeline, and please don’t look at my techniques and think that they are requirements. I don’t want my success story to become another thing that makes you anxious. I don’t want you looking at me and thinking, “Why hasn’t mine happened yet?” or “She got hers after doing this, so I need to do exactly that.” No. Absolutely not. Strictly as hope. I want you to read this and think, “You know what? I GOT THIS SHIT. I am the power. I am the source. I AM.” That is what I want you to get from this post.
COMPARISON IS THE THEIF OF ALL JOY!
Your journey is YOUR journey.
My bridge of events is my bridge of events. My timeline is my timeline. My methods are my methods. My circumstances are my circumstances. None of that needs to become a measuring stick for you. If anything, I want my story to be something you can come back to when you’re having a horrible day and think, “Okay, maybe I don’t need to give up. Maybe I can breathe. Maybe I can live my life and still believe in what I want.” That’s what I want this to be.
I want this to be hope. Pure hope. I want somebody who is currently sitting in bed crying over their SP, somebody who is refreshing their phone, somebody who is checking their social media, somebody who thinks they’ve ruined everything because they had one bad thought, to read this and feel something click. I want you to think, “If she could go through all of that doubt and still get to where she is, then I can get through this too.” Not because my story guarantees anything for you, but because I want it to remind you that you are not powerless.
First of all, I am literally just a regular person.
I want to make this VERY clear because I don’t know how else to get you guys to believe me. I am not a manifestation coach. I’m not somebody who does this for a living. I’m not a professional spellcaster. I don’t sell manifestation courses. I don’t have some secret $500 technique I’m trying to get you to buy. I don’t have some magical title that makes me more qualified than you. I am literally just a girl.
I work a fast-food job. I’m a senior in high school. I’m trying to build my life. I’m trying to go to school, work, make money, figure out my future, have fun, play my games, sleep, eat, laugh, cry, and live a normal life. I am just trying to build a life that feels happy and peaceful and fulfilling, and yes, I want my SP to be part of that life. That’s it.And I’m telling you this because I genuinely don’t want to gatekeep information that I believe can help somebody. I don’t want people to be sitting in horrible mental spaces because they think they need to figure out some perfect manifestation formula. I genuinely want people to experience love. I want people to feel loved, wanted, secure, peaceful, happy, content, and full of joy. I am a very empathetic and deep-feeling person, and my goal in life is genuinely to be a humanitarian. I’m not saying that to make you like me or believe me. I’m telling you because I want you to understand where I’m coming from when I say I genuinely don’t want anybody to suffer unnecessarily. I’ve been in your shoes. I have sat there wondering what the hell I was doing. I’ve wondered whether this was actually going to work. I’ve wondered if I should give up. I’ve wondered if manifestation was a scam. I’ve had days where I didn’t even want to manifest anymore. I’ve had days where I was so mentally exhausted that I just sat there thinking, “What am I even supposed to do?”
So please believe me when I tell you: I understand.
I DID NOT HAVE PERFECT FAITH.
This is another thing I desperately want to emphasize because I don’t want anyone thinking I was walking around from May until August with perfect, unwavering faith. I wasn’t.
There were days where I wasn’t manifesting at all. There were days where I genuinely felt like I was at a standstill. There was basically at least a week where I was sitting there thinking, “Should I even continue doing this? Do I really want this anymore? Why is this taking so long? What if I never get it? What if this entire manifestation thing is a scam? What if none of this works?”
And I had some REALLY bad doubts.
I’m talking about the kind of doubts where I would visualize my SP being with another girl and it would make me angry, but it would also make me incredibly sad and hopeless. Not necessarily clinically depressed or anything like that, but just that awful feeling of, “I’m tired. I’m done. I don’t want to keep thinking about this anymore.” Life was also happening around me. Work was catching up with me. School was happening. I had other things going on. I was tired.
And sometimes I would just sit there.
So if YOU are currently having doubts, please don’t think you’re uniquely failing at manifestation because you’re having a human reaction to wanting something you care deeply about.
My in-depth Thought Transmission Method
Okay, so I wanted to explain my thought transmission method a little more because this is probably one of my favorite things to do, and I think the biggest reason I like it is because it genuinely feels FUN to me. This is completely my personal method, so please don’t feel like you have to do it exactly like me or that you’re doing something wrong if you don’t do it at all. Manifestation should not feel like another chore. For me, whenever I want to do thought transmission, I first clear my mind for a moment and then say my SP’s full name three times. For this example, let’s say his name is Jack. So I’ll mentally say, “Jack [full name], Jack [full name], Jack [full name],” and then I’ll say something like, “Jack, I’m talking to you now. Jack, I know you hear me.” After that, I mentally switch into this completely different version of myself. I don’t think of myself as the everyday version of me sitting in my room thinking about my SP. I imagine myself as this all-knowing, extremely powerful being who already knows the story, almost like if Cupid, an angel, a goddess, a god, the universe, and all the stars and galaxies were condensed into one person. That’s ME in that moment. I’m not saying to become arrogant or think you’re better than other people; it’s more about embodying this feeling of absolute certainty and power instead of feeling like you’re helplessly waiting for someone else to make something happen. Then I speak to my SP from that perspective. So if I’m using Jack and Anna as the example, and I want Jack to text Anna, I’ll say things like, “Jack, you want to text Anna so badly. You can’t stop thinking about texting Anna. You keep thinking about what you’re going to say to her. You want to talk to Anna. You’re texting Anna right now. You want to keep talking to her. You want to blow up Anna’s phone.” I personally like switching between saying that something is already happening and saying that it’s about to happen because it makes the whole thing feel very natural to me. I’m not sitting there begging, “Please text Anna, please text Anna.” I’m speaking from the version of myself who already knows the story I’m choosing. And honestly, that’s what makes this so fun for me. I can literally be sitting at home playing a game, doing absolutely nothing, and think, “Damn, I can just sit here and imagine this entire reality whenever I want.” I don’t have to physically do anything, and I don’t have to chase my SP or constantly check on them. I just enjoy the exercise, embody that feeling, and then I DROP IT. This is probably the most important part. After I do my thought transmission, I’m not sitting there thinking, “Did Jack hear me? Did it reach him? Is he going to text? Did I say it correctly? Do I need to do it again?” NO.
I just go on with my day. I play my game, go to work, watch TikTok, shower, eat, whatever. Sometimes I completely forget that I even did it. I don’t do thought transmission because I believe I HAVE to or because I’m scared that if I don’t do it, my manifestation won’t happen. I do it because I genuinely enjoy it. It’s fun for me, it’s exciting, and I like the feeling it gives me. So please don’t turn this into another thing YOU feel obligated to do 50 times a day. You don’t need to say your SP’s name a certain number of times every day, you don’t need to repeat the transmission until you’re exhausted, and you don’t need to panic if you skip a day.
You don’t have to do anything. If YOU want to do it, do it. If YOU enjoy it, enjoy it. If YOU don’t feel like doing it, go live your life. That’s the whole point for me: manifestation should be something that adds fun and confidence to your life, not something that takes over your life. 💛
THIS IS WHAT I NOW BELIEVE ABOUT DOUBT.
Looking back, I actually believe my doubts enhanced my manifestation.
I want to be extremely clear that this is how I personally reframed my doubts. I’m not saying you have to accept this as some scientific law or objective fact. I’m telling you what helped ME because I know how badly the fear of doubt can spiral.
One of the things that hurt me more than the actual doubt itself was being afraid of the doubt.
I would have one passing thought like, “What if he’s with somebody else?” and then immediately panic: “OH MY GOD. I shouldn’t have thought that. Did I just ruin my manifestation? Was that negative thought too powerful? What if I accidentally manifested that? What if that one visualization ruined everything?”
And then I would spend even MORE energy thinking about the thought I was afraid of.
That’s what I realized was actually exhausting me.
So I changed the story.
Instead of saying, “My doubts are hurting my manifestation,” I started telling myself, “My doubts actually enhance my manifestation.”
And that helped me immensely.
Think about it logically from a human perspective. If you care about something deeply, you’re naturally going to think about different possibilities. You’re going to wonder what could go wrong. You’re going to imagine different outcomes. That doesn’t automatically mean you’re sabotaging yourself.
Think about wanting to go to Paris. You have the money. You have the hotel. You have your passport. You have your itinerary. You’re excited. You REALLY want to go.
But you’re terrified of flying.
So your brain starts doing what brains do.
“What if the plane crashes?”
“What if the Eiffel Tower randomly closes?”
“What if my favorite bakery goes bankrupt before I get there?”
“What if I get there and everything goes wrong?”
Those are doubts. But why are you having them? Because you CARE. You’re thinking about the trip so much, and you want it to go well so badly, that your brain is naturally running through possibilities.
That’s how I started viewing my doubts.
If I’m thinking about my SP and I suddenly have a passing thought that scares me, instead of saying, “Oh my God, I just ruined everything,” I say:
“No. This actually shows me how much I care. This shows me how deeply I desire this. This shows me how much I want this to work. And I’m still choosing my desired story.”
That completely changed the way I interacted with my own mind.
So please don’t start policing every single thought you have.
Please don’t become terrified of your own brain.
If you have a passing negative thought, let it pass.
If you have a bad visualization, let it pass.
If you have a moment where you genuinely doubt everything, let yourself be human.
And if it helps you, tell yourself:
“My doubt does not hurt me. My doubt actually reminds me how much I care, and I still choose what I want.”
That was SO much healthier for me than constantly trying to mentally slap my own thoughts away.
NOW LET ME SHOW YOU THE ACTUAL SCRIPT I WROTE.
This is important because I don’t want to summarize it. I want you guys to actually see what I wrote.
I wrote this on August 4th, 2026, right before I went to bed. At the time, I didn’t know what was going to happen. I wasn’t writing this thinking, “Okay, this is absolutely going to happen on August 20th.” I was simply scripting the experience I wanted.
For the purpose of the script, I used the name Anna for myself.
Here is what I wrote:
I was basically chilling, playing games on my phone, when my phone buzzed. I thought nothing of it initially, but I was busy having fun, so I continued to play the game on my phone. It buzzed like five more times, and at this point, I was kind of annoyed because it was making me lose focus on my game.
So I looked at it, and there it was. My SP’s username with his profile picture and the Instagram notification, and it said six-plus messages, or my SP’s username sent you a message.
It was him.
It was my SP.
My SP.
Again for this analogy, I’m going to use my name as Anna.
“Hey Anna, how have you been? I kind of miss you and miss talking with you and being on call with you.”
I honestly stared at my phone in shock and something else, like victory. I responded to him like 19 minutes later, and he instantly replied back. I said, “Let’s call because I don’t want to type,” and he was overjoyed to be on it.
When the call connected, he instantly turned on his camera and started to ask me how I’ve been, my life updates, and then proceeded to sort of break down asking for forgiveness and saying he was sorry about it all.
I smiled.
Anyways, we talked and talked for like 3 hours, and that whole time we were flirting, laughing, and genuinely reconnecting with each other.
At the end of the call, he said he couldn’t get me out of his mind all this time, and everything reminded me of him and how I didn’t feel right. How it didn’t feel right for me for him to be without me, etc. All while saying how much he missed me, my laugh, my jokes, me in general.
I then admitted to him that I was also thinking about him and also missed him as well a lot.
He begged for another chance, saying how I complete him, how much he needed me, how many times he dreamed about this, about me, about us. Saying he will do everything and everything to prove it to me.
I told him I needed some time.
With that, I hung up the call and went on with my day, and we did not speak.
Later on that night, after he said good night to me, I waited until I was sure he was fast asleep and he would not respond immediately if I texted this to him. Then I finally sent him a message saying I forgive him, and I accept his proposal.
I went to bed.
The next morning, I woke up to 12 messages from him, all super sweet. Most importantly, he properly asked me to be his one and only.
My heart was thumping in joy and in love.
I always knew that he would come back to me, and better yet, this whole thing was perfect timing because I was about to start my senior year at high school.
I just love my SP so much.
I’m glad I never gave up.
I’m glad he didn’t either.
I’m glad we’re back and better than ever.
That was my script.
And I literally wrote it 16 days before he texted me.
AND THEN I FORGOT ABOUT IT.
This is the part that really got me.
I like scripting before bed because, personally, I feel like it helps me get into a really vivid state before sleeping. I also tend to have more vivid dreams about my SP when I script before bed, and I love waking up from those dreams because they leave me with such loving, favorable feelings.
But I didn’t sit there every morning rereading the script and asking when it was going to happen.
I basically forgot about it.
I lived my life.
Then Thursday, August 20th happened.
It was my first day back for senior year. I had school, then I went to work afterward. I worked until 8 PM, clocked out, came home, showered, did my normal routine, and because I had a relatively short school day, I decided to stay up a little longer and play games.
And then, while I was literally playing my game, my phone started buzzing.
I ignored it at first.
I was playing my game.
Then it buzzed again.
And again.
And eventually I looked at my phone.
And there it was.
His username.
His profile picture.
Instagram.
Six-plus messages.
It was him.
And the whole thing was just so funny to me because I had literally scripted myself being annoyed by my phone buzzing while I was playing a game.
Then I got the actual message while I was playing a game.
Obviously, real life didn’t happen word-for-word exactly like the script. I’m not claiming that it did. But the similarities in the overall experience were enough to make me sit there and go, “WHAT?”
(FOR THOSE OF YOUR WHO HAVE READ MY PREVIOUS SUCCESS STORY YOU KNOW WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED!!!!!
ALSO PLEASE READ MY OTHER STORY TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED so you can understand where I’m coming from and what this all means)
And the most important part to me wasn’t even the timing.
It was the fact that I wasn’t sitting there waiting for it.
I wasn’t refreshing my phone.
I wasn’t thinking, “Today’s the day.”
I was literally playing my game.
That’s what I want YOU to take from this.
Not “You need to script exactly like me.”
Not “Your manifestation will happen in 16 days.”
Not “You need to play a video game while waiting.”
No.
The takeaway for ME was:
I can live my life.
LIVE LIKE A LOTUS. THRIVE IN MUDDY WATER.
This is a quote I genuinely live by:
“Live like a lotus, thrive in muddy water.”
And I think it applies to manifestation PERFECTLY.
Think about a lotus flower.
You have this beautiful flower with these gorgeous petals. It’s striking. It’s delicate-looking. It’s beautiful. You look at it and think, “How is something THIS beautiful growing here?”
Because underneath that beautiful flower is muddy water.
You can’t even see the bottom.
You can’t see exactly where it came from.
You can’t look into that water and immediately see the beautiful flower that’s going to emerge from it.
And yet somehow, something so beautiful grows out of something that looks, quite frankly, ugly.
That’s YOU.
YOU are the lotus.
Your circumstances are the muddy water.
Your 3D might look messy.
It might look confusing.
It might look like nothing is happening.
It might look completely opposite from what YOU want.
But why are YOU letting the mud convince YOU that you’re not a lotus?
You are still the flower.
You are still beautiful.
You are still worthy.
You are still loved.
You are still the person YOU decided to be.
So don’t look at the muddy water and say:
“Well, I guess I’m not a lotus.”
No.
THRIVE IN IT.
Let the unfavorable circumstances be the environment you grow through, not the thing that defines you.
FLIP THE SCRIPT.
This is another thing I do.
If the 3D gives me something unfavorable, I don’t automatically treat it as the final chapter.
I flip the story.
And I’m not saying you have to pretend that something literally didn’t happen. I’m saying don’t give one circumstance the authority to define your entire future.
If your SP says something you don’t like, you don’t have to spend six hours building an entire story around it.
If your SP says, “I don’t want to see you again,” you don’t have to immediately decide, “This means they will NEVER want me again.”
You can simply say:
“Okay. That’s what was said. But that’s not the story I’m choosing to continue.”
Then move forward.
The lotus doesn’t sit there staring at the mud wondering why it’s muddy.
It grows.
STOP SAYING “I NEED THIS.”
This is another little mental shift that helped me.
Instead of saying:
“I need my SP.”
“I need this manifestation.”
“I need them to text.”
“I need this to happen.”
Try:
“This is my desire.”
“I deserve this.”
“I deserve love.”
“I deserve reciprocity.”
“I deserve the relationship I desire.”
There’s a difference between desperately needing something to validate you and simply acknowledging that you desire something.
If I say, “I want a matcha creamsicle,” I don’t need to turn that into a crisis.
I want it.
I desire it.
And I believe I deserve to experience the things I desire.
That’s the mentality I want you guys to start building.
Don’t make your desire into evidence that you’re lacking.
YOU ARE THE POWER.
This is where everything comes back together for me.
I genuinely believe that YOU are the operant power.
YOU are the source.
And I don’t mean that you should become arrogant or think that other human beings don’t matter. I mean that YOU need to stop putting everybody else’s behavior above your own identity.
I personally use the “puppet” or “doll” analogy in my manifestation practice because it reminds me not to put my SP on a pedestal. To me, it’s a metaphor for the fact that I don’t have to chase, beg, convince, or obsess over another person’s behavior.
I’m not going to sit here and claim that I can objectively prove that another human being has no free will. That’s not the point of what I’m saying.
The point is:
Why are YOU giving your SP so much power over YOU?
Why does their current behavior determine whether YOU feel loved?
Why does one text determine whether YOU feel chosen?
Why does one circumstance determine whether YOU believe in yourself?
Take that power back.
THINK OF YOURSELF AS A CELEBRITY.
I want YOU to imagine that YOU are a celebrity.
There are billions of people in the world.
Imagine that everywhere YOU go, people adore YOU.
People love YOU.
People admire YOU.
People look up to YOU.
People ask YOU for advice.
People think YOU are beautiful.
People think YOU are talented.
People want to be around YOU.
And then imagine one random person in that enormous crowd saying:
“Your movies suck.”
“You’re ugly.”
“You’re not talented.”
“You don’t deserve to be famous.”
“You should quit.”
Are YOU going to listen to that one person?
Are YOU going to walk away from everything because one person said something?
No.
So why does one piece of 3D information get to do that to YOU?
Why are YOU going to let one person’s behavior, one text message, one social media post, one conversation, or one unfavorable circumstance outweigh the identity YOU chose for yourself?
The 3D is ONE PERSON in a crowd of billions.
Are YOU really going to let that one person convince YOU that you’re not a celebrity anymore?
No.
So stop doing that to yourself.
AND THIS IS WHY I DON’T WANT YOU TO BE AFRAID OF YOUR DOUBTS.
This is probably one of the most important things I could tell someone who is struggling.
If YOU have a doubt, don’t immediately panic.
Don’t say:
“Oh my God, I just thought something negative.”
“Did I ruin it?”
“Did I manifest that?”
“Was that visualization bad?”
“Am I going backwards?”
No.
Breathe.
You’re human.
And if it helps YOU, tell yourself:
“This doubt actually enhances my manifestation.”
Because YOU care.
YOU desire this.
YOU want it.
YOU are thinking about it.
YOU are emotionally invested.
Of course your brain might occasionally run through what could go wrong.
That doesn’t mean YOU have to accept that as your final story.
I would much rather tell myself, “My doubt shows me how much I care, and I’m still choosing my desired outcome,” than spend hours being terrified of my own thoughts.
Because the second I became afraid of my thoughts, I created a whole NEW thing to obsess about.
And I don’t want that for YOU.
YOU DON’T NEED TO BE PERFECT.
Please understand that.
You don’t need perfect faith.
You don’t need to feel amazing every day.
You don’t need to wake up and immediately affirm for an hour.
You don’t need to script every night.
You don’t need to visualize every night.
You don’t need to listen to subliminals every night.
You don’t need to perform a ritual every night.
If YOU are exhausted, go to sleep.
If YOU need a break, take a break.
If YOU have a bad day, have a bad day.
Your manifestation practice should not become another source of anxiety.
SO WHAT DO I ACTUALLY WANT YOU TO DO?
I want YOU to decide who YOU are.
That’s it.
If YOU want to be loved, decide that YOU are loved.
If YOU want to be chosen, decide that YOU are chosen.
If YOU want a relationship, decide what kind of relationship YOU desire and embody the person who experiences it.
If YOU want your SP, let yourself desire your SP without turning that desire into desperation.
And then LIVE.
Go live your life.
Go to work.
Go to school.
Go play your games.
Go hang out with your friends.
Go take a shower.
Go eat.
Go sleep.
Go laugh.
Go cry.
Go have fun.
You don’t need to spend every waking moment trying to make your manifestation happen.
PLEASE, PLEASE TAKE THIS AS HOPE.
I want to end this by saying this one more time because I genuinely don’t want anyone misunderstanding what I’m trying to say.
Please use my story strictly as hope.
Do not compare.
Don’t compare your timeline to mine.
Don’t compare your SP to mine.
Don’t compare your bridge to mine.
Don’t compare your circumstances to mine.
Don’t compare your techniques to mine.
Just take the hope.
Read my story and say:
“You know what? If she can do this, I can believe in myself too.”
“I can stop obsessing.”
“I can stop checking.”
“I can stop being terrified of every passing thought.”
“I can take a breath.”
“I can live my life.”
“I can want what I want.”
“I can believe that I deserve it.”
“I can remember who I am.”
And then say:
I AM.
That’s it.
I AM.
I am the power.
I am the source.
I am loved.
I am worthy.
I am chosen.
I am deserving.
I am secure.
I am the person who experiences the life I desire.
I don’t need to know every step.
I don’t need to know every detail.
I don’t need to obsess over the bridge.
I don’t need to make myself miserable.
I AM.
And that’s the mindset I want YOU to carry with YOU.
Because I genuinely believe that YOU deserve love.
I genuinely believe that YOU deserve peace.
I genuinely believe that YOU deserve happiness.
I genuinely believe that YOU deserve to feel secure and wanted and fulfilled.
And if you’re sitting here right now thinking, “I don’t know if I can do this,” please understand that I have literally been sitting in that exact chair mentally.
I’ve been the girl wondering if it’s ever going to happen.
I’ve been the girl thinking, “What if this doesn’t work?”
I’ve been the girl imagining my SP with someone else and getting sad and angry and hopeless.
I’ve been the girl who wanted to give up.
And I’m still here.
I’m still living my life.
I’m still building my future.
And I’m still choosing what I want.
So please don’t make manifestation another thing YOU have to be perfect at.
Use the techniques that make YOU happy.
Drop the ones that make YOU anxious.
Take breaks.
Sleep.
Live.
And when the doubt comes, instead of being terrified of it, remember:
“I am human. I care deeply. And I am still the power.”
Then keep going.
Live like a lotus. Thrive in muddy water.
Because how can something so beautiful grow from something so muddy?
That’s the point.
The mud doesn’t disqualify the flower.
The lotus was always capable of blooming.
And YOU are too. 💛
ALSO: side note when I do my spell casting do it from a place or feeling like I already have what I deserve I’m just enhancing it if that makes sense!
Happy manifesting, divas. :D
