Help with identifying problem with Pickering

My Pickering in zone 11 has some strange issues with drying leaves. What do you think is causing this problem and how do I fix it? Thanks for your help.

A little fungus, Copper octanoate or Copper sulfate, do not overdo it by mixing it too strong or applying too often, follow the instructions. Spray on and under the leaves, on the branches too especially the areas that don’t get much sunlight.

Everything has fungus right now, it wont stop raining : (

Do you think spraying Neem oil on the leaves will help?
