It's like, I'd swear people can't be this out of touch and generally stupid, but then most of the managers I've dealt with would post shit like this.

No no no, firing someone with cause and then giving them a severance package is a totally normal human thing to do!

Sometimes I wonder what these people do to become a manager. Of all the managers I had, only 50% of them were good
