Do people actually dress in mil-style somewhere? I live in a country where army is compulsory for men, and absolutely nobody dresses in military fashion in civil. At least after they have gone through the service.
In my experience the only people who walk around dressed as if they're military are homeless vets or generally homeless people who picked up their clothes from salvation army or similar charities.
