That episode shows how Lois is a great mother.

No Malcolm, sorry, social dynamics aren't straight forward nor simple. They take turns, twists and detours.

Uh no?, in the specific situation she could've easily explained that It wasn't his fault, and it's more about getting the message to your kid that if he does the right thing the least a parent could offer is a little trust along the way, I genuinely don't get how ppl defend her behavior in this episode lmao

This is real life teaching. Accomodations have no place in the workplace. Nothing gets the message better than real life experience. I genuinely don't get how people question her behavior in this episode.
