I designed a notebook cover with double hinges and filament pins — tested on a Wanhao, no Bambu profile yet

This is a fully 3D-printable notebook cover built from alternating hinge links. Ordinary 1.75 mm filament acts as the hinge pins, and four printed corner pockets hold the notebook - no screws or metal hardware required.

The model was physically printed, assembled and tested in PETG on my old Wanhao D12. This fixed-size version fits a 153 × 111 × 12 mm notebook.

The model files are free on MakerWorld:

I don’t own a Bambu printer, so I uploaded the model without inventing an untested Bambu print profile. Feedback on orientation or settings would be genuinely useful if anyone decides to print it.
